Please note that we do not offer free returns; charges apply.
Can I return my order?
Yes, you can. If you are not satisfied with the items you have ordered, you have the option to return them within 30 days of receiving your order.
For your return to be accepted, the order must meet the following conditions:
The order contains all original parts and components, and the packaging is in the same condition as when the product was received.
The product shows signs of normal handling only; any damage caused by careless handling is excluded.
Products where hygiene is important have been thoroughly cleaned before starting the return process.
The product was found to be defective immediately upon receipt.
We have the right to charge the customer for shipping costs.
A return will be processed within 7 working days, and if the conditions are met, it will be officially approved within this period.
We reserve the right to reject returned items if we suspect that they have been used or damaged for reasons beyond our control.

We will contact you and provide you with the return address.
Please never send your return to the original sender. We will provide you with the correct return address after receiving your request.

Cancellation Policy
The consumer has the right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provision, provided that the consumer is a natural person entering into a legal transaction for purposes that are not predominantly related to their commercial or professional activity.
A. Cancellation Terms
Right of cancellation
The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party appointed by you who is not the carrier, received or accepted the final goods.
As we work with a fully automated system, orders are processed as soon as they are placed. Therefore, we cannot interrupt the shipping process once the order has been processed and until delivery has taken place.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us, AMELIA MAYFAIR, by means of a clear statement, for example by email, of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
The withdrawal is completed once we have received the goods.
The cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the buyer.
Note for shipments in transit
As our goods are shipped from Asia, there may be longer transit times that are beyond our control.
If the goods are already in transit, cancellation is not possible. Please wait until you have received the goods and then return them to us.
You may, of course, inform us in advance of your cancellation. To ensure the fastest possible refund, we ask that you send us proof of return shipment.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we must reimburse all payments received from you, excluding shipping costs and excluding any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal and the returned goods.
For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund.
ALL RETURNS MUST BE SENT TO OUR CENTRAL WAREHOUSE IN ASIA AT THE CUSTOMER’S EXPENSE.
